By booking a reservation at The Cranberry Inn of Mercer (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“Guest,” “you”) agree to the following terms:

Reservations and Payments

• A valid payment method is required to secure all bookings.

• Cancellation and refund policies are stated at the time of booking.

Guest Communications

• By completing a reservation, you agree that we may contact you using the information provided (including phone, email, and text message).

• We may send you text messages through our Telzio service to provide important information related to your stay (e.g., check-in instructions, property updates, guest assistance).

• You can opt out of text messaging at any time by replying “STOP.”

Guest Responsibilities

• You agree to use our property respectfully and comply with all posted rules and policies.

• You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear during your stay.

Liability

We are not liable for:

• Personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during your stay

• Injuries, accidents, or disruptions outside our reasonable control

Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
