By booking a reservation at The Cranberry Inn of Mercer (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“Guest,” “you”) agree to the following terms:
Reservations and Payments
A valid payment method is required to secure all bookings.
Cancellation and refund policies are stated at the time of booking.
Guest Communications
By completing a reservation, you agree that we may contact you using the information provided (including phone, email, and text message).
We may send you text messages through our Telzio service to provide important information related to your stay (e.g., check-in instructions, property updates, guest assistance).
You can opt out of text messaging at any time by replying “STOP.”
Guest Responsibilities
You agree to use our property respectfully and comply with all posted rules and policies.
You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear during your stay.
Liability
We are not liable for:
Personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during your stay
Injuries, accidents, or disruptions outside our reasonable control
Modifications
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
